Paris Art Nouveau

It was an iconic moment in time when the YSL Le Smoking Suit was captured on the streets of Paris by Helmut Newton for French Vogue. So simple yet so chic, the 1975 image and the expert tailoring of the tuxedo has continued to be a muse and inspiration in design across the globe for decades.

This moment was the inspiration behind collection one.

To reference the history of this collection the campaign was shot across quintessential locations of Paris; the Panthéon, Luxembourg Gardens, Palais Royal and the cobbled streets of their surrounds.

The lapels of the suit has been translated into this classic slingback, with a hint of embellishment for a point of difference.

This is a structured take on the feminine bow using clean lines and a hint of exposed skin.

An effortless slide inspired by the cuffs of a bespoke shirt.
